Xinxing Temple in Taitung hosts a foundation Chan Seven on October 3–10, 2026, with required residence. Entry still requires introductory training, two Chan Two retreats and regular practice. Participants bring bedding, share vegetarian meals and hand in their phones. Teaching language remains unconfirmed.
