Shi Yan Chao’s Yu Kung Fu Academy trains adults at a working Buddhist temple on Lianqing Mountain above Tengzhou. Shaolin, taiji, sanda and qigong are paired with on-site lodging and meals; the published minimum is one week and participants must be at least 18.
