Maoshan’s recent liturgy course provides unusually concrete evidence of participatory Daoist study in Jiangsu. Participants learned Shangqing morning and evening practice under monastery rules, and a completion report confirms the course happened. Entry was directed at existing Daoist disciples. Overnight arrangements require clarification because the notice combines dormitory regulations with self-arranged food and lodging.
