Wu Nanfang’s Gulun Chanyuan begins with standing meditation, five stances and Pan Gen, with instruction mainly from his senior disciples. The academy lies between Dengfeng and Shaolin Temple, near Huishan Temple, and publishes dormitory accommodation with a two-week minimum.
