Dhamma Muttā offers a clearly defined residential commitment on southern Lantau: the standard ten-day Goenka course. The public schedule identifies language support and recognises non-resident applicants. Expect a structured, silent course with simple accommodation and shared rules. This is a practical option for someone ready to commit to the complete programme.

Joining from overseas

Overseas participants addressed. New students apply to a full ten-day course and follow the published discipline. Short and advanced courses have prior-course conditions.
